Customer and Authorised Users must not:
- Submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or abusive content.
- Submit malware, attempt to compromise systems, or probe/scan the Service.
- Provide passwords, API keys, authentication secrets, payment card data, or other sensitive secrets to the Service.
- Submit special category personal data or data about criminal convictions.
- Use the Service for safety-critical, medical, legal determinations, employment decisions, credit/insurance decisions, or other high-stakes regulated decisions.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or bypass usage limits or technical restrictions.
- Use the Service to generate spam or to violate Slack or third-party platform terms.
- Submit intentionally false or misleading outcome feedback with the purpose of manipulating future analysis outputs.
Customer is responsible for:
- Authorised User management, access control, and Slack workspace permissions.
- Preventing unauthorised access and promptly notifying Nevorth of suspected misuse.
- The accuracy of outcome feedback submitted to the Service.
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
